1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and unworn items in original condition with tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Underwear or intimates

  • Final sale items

  • Customised or personalised items

  • Gift cards

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to stock availability.
If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, we will refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will replace or refund at no cost to you.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not arrived:

  • First check with your bank

  • Then contact your card provider
    If still unresolved, email us.
